Time To Market Challenge

Challenge: The objective of one of the newest mobile phone provider was to launch in time to  meet the pre-Holiday market. (seven months) was an immovable deadline.

    Architecture included 20 new applications,

    Over 50 interfaces

    Complex interfaces to 10 to primary network operational systems.

    Over 35 suppliers supplied the systems and services necessary

    Effective systems integration was crucial.

    3 phases - mobilization, development, and testing.

Results:

    The QAconsultants team reviewed all systems delivered from a technical viewpoint, supported the client-led business testing by managing the release of new and changed software, and by managing test data.

    Launched on time, with all IT and telephony systems fully operational.

    All systems have performed as expected
